Preparing your order

As soon as your order is received it will be prepared and packed by us in high-quality protective packaging before being entrusted to a professional delivery service. Your items will be delivered as soon as possible in compliance with very strict hygiene procedures.

Delivery time

We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Thanks to our carriers, we are proud to guarantee delivery to almost every country worldwide. In Belgium, the average time between placing your order and shipping is one working day. If you require delivery for a specific date beyond this timeframe then please mention this in the ‘Comments section when ordering.

Outside the European Union 

We do not ship orders outside Europe. Deliveries remain available to European countries served by our carriers, with delivery times varying depending on the destination. When placing your order, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to follow the shipment of your parcel in real time. Shipping

Les frais de port sont offerts pour toute commande supérieure à 65 €. Pour les commandes inférieures à ce montant, un forfait de livraison de 8,50 € est appliqué. Le montant est automatiquement calculé avant le paiement de votre commande.
